Sino Group, a regional developer with five decades of history, has a portfolio stretching from landmark commercial buildings to hotels and residential properties. Entering a new period of growth, we helped redefine their brand, contemporise it for changing times, and communicate their new level of ambition.
One of Sino’s main ambitions was to become a more purposeful business. We used this insight to recommend a new purpose around ‘Harmony’; the idea that Sino builds together with its stakeholders, natural environment and wider community to bring harmony to every place it touches. To construct the perfect visual metaphor, we created a digital sculpture with an intertwining of spatial layers. Applied to materials most often used in Sino’s developments, it forms a symphonic unison of textures, and the use of motion was instrumental in communicating Sino’s dynamism in embracing tomorrow’s technologies.
