Imagination Riot Reunites former WPP creatives with the appointment of Connor Reddy as Head of Social

Imagination Riot has appointed award-winning creative Connor Reddy as its new Head of Social, marking a major step forward in the agency’s growth and its commitment to helping brands connect meaningfully with culture.
This move also reunites Connor with Imagination Riot founder Andy Reynolds, after the two first worked together over six years ago leading creativity across WPP agencies including Ogilvy and Superunion (now Design Bridge & Partners). Their partnership helped deliver globally recognised work – and now, the band is officially back together.
Connor brings deep expertise in social-first storytelling, culture marketing and brand partnerships. His APAC experience includes work for leading brands such as HSBC, Riot Games, Discovery+, O2, Ticketmaster and Chelsea FC, shaping campaigns that blend cultural fluency with global relevance.
Beyond agency life, Connor is the creator behind one of Thailand’s most recognisable content channels, Farangs Gone Wild, generating millions of organic monthly views and collaborating with brands including White Claw, Rolling Loud Festival, Corona and Jameson. His work is rooted in humour, cultural insight and an instinctive understanding of how people behave online. With additional experience in the fast-growing world of sports collectibles, he operates at the intersection of creativity, community and culture-driven storytelling.
Reynolds says the hire signals Riot’s continued evolution:
