Founder + Creative director

When I was a kid I loved to doodle. This habit steered me clear of academia and into creativity where I began my professional(ish) life in London as a graphic designer.

Since then, I’ve lived in South America, Dubai, Hong Kong and now Singapore working in leadership roles for the worlds most creative companies including; Landor, Ogilvy & Mather, Design Bridge and LEGO.

My opinions have being published on various platforms and my work has been recognised over 100 times at the world’s leading creative awards including; D&AD, Cannes Lions, Clio’s, One Show and the Webby’s.

I love passionate people, simple pleasures, and creativity that makes me jealous. And surfing. I really like surfing.

David Fleet

Director + COO

I started my career as a consultant (Accenture, PA Consulting) doing international projects with American Express, Citi, and Standard Chartered Bank (SCB).

Eventually moving to Asia Pac, I joined SCB and spent close to 20 years in leadership roles across Retail and Corporate, Commercial & Institutional Banking, culminating in running the global Client Management teams across 60+ countries.

The Creative space is a new frontier for me, and I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to learn everyday in our growing sandbox.

That said, my primary job here is to build for the long term, keep the wheels running smoothly, and the rivets bolted down. When I’m not in the office you can find me chasing my youth in the skatepark, ocean, or snow.

Motion + Brand designer

Edlyn is a Motion Designer & Certified Cat Meme Buff. She is all about bringing pixels to life by making them move.

Beyond motion design, her web of hobbies include strumming my guitar, indulging in bug-slaying games, slurping down really spicy noodles and going on nature walks & hikes—so she can give trees big hugs.

Connor Reddy

Head of Social

Connor brings deep expertise in social-first storytelling, culture marketing and brand partnerships. His APAC experience includes work for leading brands such as HSBC, Riot Games, Discovery+, O2, Ticketmaster and Chelsea FC, shaping campaigns that blend cultural fluency with global relevance.

Beyond agency life, Connor is the creator behind one of Thailand’s most recognisable content channels, FGW, generating millions of organic monthly views and collaborating with brands including White Claw, Rolling Loud Festival, Corona and Jameson.

His work is rooted in humour, cultural insight and an instinctive understanding of how people behave online. With additional experience in the fast-growing world of sports collectibles, he operates at the intersection of creativity, community and culture-driven storytelling.

Creative Brand Partner

Fresh from the land of LEGO, Trixie has over 13 years of world class experience across design, art direction, motion and strategy.

She has worked with some of the most the creative companies in the world including Meta, Twitter (Now X) and LEGO and now she brings all that jazz to our motley crew here at Imagination Riot

When she’s not changing the world through creativity you’ll find Trixie sketching whilst drinking way too much coffee.
